Danielle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to creating an authentic and compassionate space where adolescents and adults can foster healing, build resilience and experience personal growth.

She is passionate about supporting clients in making meaningful changes—whether that means easing the weight of anxiety or depression, navigating complex relationships, making sense of the past or developing practical strategies to move through life transitions with confidence.

Danielle’s collaborative, trauma-informed approach is grounded in deep respect for each client’s unique story. She helps individuals recognize the patterns and behaviors that shape their lives, guiding them toward greater self-awareness and a more fulfilling way of being. Her work is tailored to each person’s needs, drawing on evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), strength-based approaches, and mindfulness techniques.

Danielle earned her master’s degree from the NYU Silver School of Social Work. She trained in the Neonatal Intensive Care and Obstetrics Units at Weill Cornell Medical Center supporting mothers and families in the transition into parenthood, medical uncertainty and postpartum recovery. She counseled adolescents and facilitated empowerment-focused groups both in Greenwich, CT as well as in New York City public schools while at Big Brothers Big Sisters. She also provided therapeutic interventions to individuals and families impacted by childhood abuse and domestic violence with YWCA of Greenwich. Her diverse experiences have shaped her path to private practice.

She believes that everyone deserves the opportunity not just to survive, but to truly thrive. Danielle lives with her husband and two boys in Cos Cob, CT.
